Fall Retreat is the best part of the fall season!

Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live.

pray (talk to God, share from your heart, give away your burdens)
be thankful (name what God has given to you, be thankful, and continue to remind yourself about gratitude)
rejoice or be cheerful (do without complaining, have the right spirit about something, and realize how this can affect your whole self)
