Love Out Loud Student camp focuses on mobilizing all students in the Winston-Salem area to make a lasting gospel inspired transformational impact on their city and themselves. 

Love Out Loud Student Camp started in 2018. The leadership is passionate about uniting students from churches across Winston-Salem to make an impact on their city and themselves. 

Through the week time is set aside for: 

Learning and Growing in the contexts of our community - learning about the deep assets in communities we often overlook, learning of the systems that keep our community members in poverty, and hearing from local leaders in transformational work who will help students see reality over perception. 

Serving alongside organizations doing work throughout the year in our community - adding capacity to their work, building relationships, and serving in ways that are healthy and impactful in our community. 

Experience Christ alongside students from a variety of churches across the city. We have morning devotionals and evening sessions led by pastors and leaders from different churches and spend time in worship and prayer each evening. 

Have Fun - At Student Camp, we work hard!! But we know community can be built in both the moments of building roofs and caring for our neighbors as well as enjoying time in community together in the evenings. 

Join us with your youth group, friends, or come and meet new ones from all around our city.

This camp is intentional about exposing students to systemic issues of our city. Students engage in the work that bring issues to light. Students are able to hear from city leaders about various issues and some ideas on how to solve the problem. Students participate in worship as a Gospel message is shared and connected into the work being done throughout the week. By bringing together youth from across the city, we hope that students can continue to walk across lines of separation and collectively do great things that transform our city.

We are excited for students to participate. We also need adult leaders to help throughout the week. If you can help, even if it's just for part of the week, we would love for you to sign up. Adults grow and learn on these types of trips. We promise it will be time well spent!
